Refund policy

Returning an order within 30 days of purchase:

If you return an item in new condition within 30 days of the original purchase date, you can choose to receive a refund via your original payment method or a BraveWorks Gift Card for the original price paid. Unfortunately we cannot refund shipping charges on returned items.

Returning an order within 60 days of purchase:

If you return an item between 30 - 60 days of your order's purchase date, you will receive a BraveWorks Gift Card for the original price paid. We unfortunately do not offer credit card refunds after 30 days of your order's purchase date & we do not accept returns after 60 days. Original shipping charges on returned items are also non-refundable.

 

Items not included in our return policy:

Gift Cards cannot be returned or exchanged.

Items lost or damaged in transit:

Items that are damaged in transit or items missing from a shipment that are reported within 7 business days of the original shipment date are eligible for replacement, exchange, or refund.

Defective items:

If your BraveWorks item has a defect, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost to you within 30 days of the original purchase date.

If the defective item is out of stock, and we are unable to replace it, you will receive a full refund.

Gifts:

If an item marked as a gift when purchased & shipped directly to you is returned within 60 days of the shipment date, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of the product. A store credit for returns will be issued by e-mail as an E-Gift Card. A valid email address must be provided.

To Return or Exchange an Item:

Please contact us at hello@braveworks.org & include your name, order number & a brief explanation of why you’re returning the item.


Once the return is processed, a return shipping label will be emailed to you.
