Employment partners help extend our Phase 2 workforce development program by offering retail, customer service, or support-based roles for the women we serve.

As a partner, you provide meaningful second-chance opportunities while gaining access to candidates who are trained, motivated, personable, and ready to contribute to your team.

These roles help our artisans build professional experience, expand their social capital, and move toward greater economic stability for themselves and their families.
